I'm not the most tech-literate, so I apologize in advance, but I'd love if any of you could help. Select the agreement next to the red lettering's. Your file will be listed in a small rectangular box above the red lettering's. After selecting file, hit the open button in the (File Upload) box you are still in then you will be taken back to Manual Install box. From there you select the update file you downloaded from any sight you downloaded it from, let's say (PLEX). A box will open and then hit (Select File) and the (File Upload) box will open. Above the first app listed in the right hand corner is a (Manual Install) button, push it. After doing so, scroll back up to (My Apps) and select it. From there, if the (Manual Install Mode) is turned off, switch in on. Then, Scroll to bottom left and select (ADVANCED). You should be in the Home page, if not, click on home page in upper left part of screen with triangular arrow that is pointing down, within list, select "Home." Home page will open and then select (APP MANAGER). Go online and open up your Seagate Account and or log in.
